Bruce William Jamieson and Louis Terence Allain own the company. Bruce has over 30 years experience in the Building Industry. Bruce is a Registered Building Practitioner (Unlimited), for both Domestic and Commercial Buildings. Lou has over 14 years experience in the Building Industry and is a Registered Building Practitioner (Manager).
Bevnol have been constructing homes since 1989 currently Insured through Home Owners Warranty Insurance.
 Until 1999 Bevnol Homes were extensively involved in constructing Architectural Homes in and around the Brighton/Caulfield area and were also involved in numerous Unit Developments both as the builder and the developer.
Our Company changed direction, moving into Land Development and Construction of Homes for the First and Second homebuyer market in and around the Mornington Peninsula, Berwick, Cranbourne, Frankston and Patterson Lakes areas. Unit Development still comprises approx 20% of our construction work. |

Bevnol Homes have the capacity to build up to 300 homes per year, generally having 40-60 houses under construction at any one time. The office staff of five administers the areas of Costing/Estimating, Accounts, Purchasing and Customer Relations, thereby providing complete support to our Tradespeople and Customers. |
