A new Bevnol Homes project is underway in Mount Eliza.

We’re following this knockdown rebuild from the very beginning — starting with the demolition of the existing home and continuing through site preparation, slab, frame, lock-up, internal fit-out and, ultimately, the completed home.

For anyone considering a knockdown rebuild in Mount Eliza or across the Mornington Peninsula, this project will provide a genuine look at what happens behind the finished photos.

The New Home

Replacing the original home will be a custom-designed single-storey residence of approximately 281m² / 30.26 squares.

The design includes:

• Alfresco entertaining area

• Extensive glazing to bring natural light into the home

The layout has been developed specifically around the proportions and constraints of this established Mount Eliza site rather than trying to make a standard house design fit the block.

Stage 1 — Demolition

Every knockdown rebuild has a moment when the old home starts disappearing and the potential of the site becomes much easier to see.

Demolition is now underway at our Mount Eliza project.

Walls, roofing and the original structure are progressively being removed to prepare the site for the new custom home.

It may look messy at this stage, but this is where the transformation really begins.
