What to do if you have a maintenance request
If you wish to submit your 3 month maintenance request please follow the instructions below
Submit your request via email to maintenance@bevnol.com.auÂ
If your maintenance issue is urgent and is related to plumbing, heating or electrical please refer to your Home owners manual you received at handover.
Ensure you include the following:
- Your property address including the Lot number
- Your contact details or
- Contact details for the property Manager/Tenant
- A detailed itemised description of your maintenance issues
- Include photos of the issues if possible;
We will confirm via return email that we have received your request.
