What to do if you have a maintenance request

If you wish to submit your 3 month maintenance request please follow the instructions below

Submit your request via email to maintenance@bevnol.com.au 

If your maintenance issue is urgent and is related to plumbing, heating or electrical please refer to your Home owners manual you received at handover.

Ensure you include the following:

  • Your property address including the Lot number
  • Your contact details or
  • Contact details for the property Manager/Tenant
  • A detailed itemised description of your maintenance issues
  • Include photos of the issues if possible;

We will confirm via return email that we have received your request.
